Delivery charges for orders from outside the UAE
Our international delivery charges start from 25 USD & it may vary depending on the country you are ordering from.
Delivery costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
Sales VAT is on delivery is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
How long will delivery take?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive the tracking number of your package through email and text message.
If you are in the UAE, it will take around 1-3 days for your order to be delivered which will be done by Aramex Delivery.
For other countries – the delivery time will be specified by the manager when processing your order*. Delivery for worldwide will be done by DHL Express LLC or FedEx International Priority® Express.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [1-2] business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Sunday to Thursday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship on Sunday as our delivery partners are closed on Sunday.
To avoid delays in delivery, kindly provide your complete details. Please give us the most accurate location of the delivery site and the correct contact number our delivery partners can call and message for the delivery.
What exactly happens after ordering?
An order confirmation email will be sent to you automatically after placing the order. And once we receive your order, we will confirm it via email or text message. We may contact you via WhatsApp, so please use the same phone number which has WhatsApp. Please, check your junk/spam folder for order confirmation email. Our customer service will contact you if you have any special requests or forgotten to include sample sized trial product etc.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
You will find your sales receipt inside your account section and an attached sales receipt copy will be available with your order confirmation email.
How long do I have to return an order?
If you have not yet received your order, please contact [email protected] or WhatsApp: +971 56 252 7219 or M: +971 56 252 7219 as soon as possible to arrange a cancellation before the order is dispatched for a full refund.
Please note that if you have decided to cancel your order and your order has already been processed and dispatched to you, it will be necessary for you to return the goods so we can process your refund, the whole amount of the order will be refunded to you excluding shipping charges.

Payment Information
What kind of payments do you accept?
We are offering the following payment online methods:
- Credit/Debit Card (3D and SCA Secured)
- Apple Pay, Google Pay
- PayPal
What payment method will be used for my refund?
Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment that was used for the original purchase.
For the refunds we have following options:
– Money Back (Same method used to pay, whether Paypal or Debit/Credit Card payment)
What should I do if my payment fails during checkout?
If your payment fails, please check that your card details are correct and that your account has sufficient funds. You may also try using a different payment method. If the issue persists, contact our support team at [email protected] for assistance.
Will I receive confirmation after placing an order?
Yes, once your payment is successful, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with all the details.
Are shipping costs refundable?
Shipping costs are only refunded if the item received is faulty. In cases of mind change or wrong size selection, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, all transactions are processed through secure payment gateways using latest 3D Secure that use encryption to protect your data.
Can I change my payment method after placing an order?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, the payment method cannot be changed. You’ll need to cancel and reorder using your preferred method.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid using the available payment options.
Orders and Returns
How will I be reimbursed for a returned item?
Buyers will be reimbursed using the same method of payment originally used to purchase the item.
What should I do if I receive the wrong or a faulty product?
We carefully inspect all products before shipping to maintain high standards. However, if you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Be sure to include your order number, details of the product you intended to purchase, a description of the issue, and whether you prefer a refund or replacement. We’ll then advise you on the next steps for the return.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?
If you receive damage or incomplete order then as per your request we can sent replacement or refund as per customer advice. Requested refund money will be transferred to customer account within 15 working days.
Can I return or get a refund for discounted or sale items?
No, discounted items and items on SALE are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Will I be refunded for shipping costs during a promotion?
During promotional periods, shipping costs are not refunded unless the item received is faulty.
What happens if I request a refund due to a change of mind or wrong size selection?
Refunds for mind changes or incorrect size selections will be issued after deducting the actual shipping costs. In such cases, the cost of shipping will not be refunded.
Am I responsible for the return shipping of my order?
Yes, the cost and safety of the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For added security, we recommend insuring the parcel for its full value and keeping all delivery records.
What information should I include when returning a product or contacting customer service?
Always quote your order reference number in all correspondence and include the original invoice with your return parcel. This helps us process your request quickly and accurately.
How can I avoid ordering the wrong size?
We leant from years of experience most of the order returns due to wrong size selection from the customers. To avoid that common mistake we always help our customers to choose the correct size for them.
