Launched in 2014, Black Oud is part of Kilian’s Arabian Nights Collection, created by perfumer Sidonie Lancesseur. It is a woody-amber oriental fragrance that emphasizes the richness of natural Thai oud, blending it with smoky and spicy accords.

  • Top notes: Rose, geranium, cardamom, pink pepper
  • Heart notes: Papyrus, patchouli, cedarwood, grapefruit accord
  • Base notes: Agarwood (oud), incense, moss, sandalwood, musk, labdanum
  • Character: Smoky, resinous, and spicy with a powerful oud backbone
